Why Volunteer

        Our volunteers are able to shop at the earliest presale and even have the chance to have their consignor fee waived.  But you don’t have to be a consignor to volunteer!  Look at our volunteer schedule and sign up for what works for you! 

No time to volunteer? Anyone interested in providing a snack or meal during sale week please contact  Lisa at brodiebunch@bellsouth.net and earn a presale ticket for the 5pm sale

4 hour volunteers     8 hour volunteers     Breakdown Team

4 hour volunteers:

  • Work one 4 hour shift and receive one ticket to shop at the 5 pm presale.
  • One person per ticket.
  • No children or strollers allowed at the presales.
 

8 hour volunteers:

  • Work two 4 hour shifts of your choice and receive one ticket to shop at the 4 pm presale.
  • $5 consignor fee is waived.
  • One person per ticket.
  • No children or strollers allowed at the presales.
  

Breakdown Team:

  • Work 6 hours and get credit for 8 hours!
  • ATTENTION:  Volunteers for this team must be physically able to do what’s expected….there is a lot of walking and moving items.
  • Work from 1pm-7pm on Saturday, March 20th and receive one ticket to shop at the 3 pm presale.
  • $5 consignor fee is waived.
  • We will provide pizza and drinks for supper at 7pm.
  • One person per ticket.
  • No children or strollers allowed at presales.
 

Inspection Team:

  • Work from 11pm-7pm on Monday, March 15, and receive one ticket to shop at the 3pm presale.
  • We will provide one meal during this shift.
  • $5 consignor fee is waived.
  • One person per ticket.
  • No children or strollers allowed at the presales.
  
 

Special Help Needed:

Items listed in PINK are already taken...

  • Shopping Carts:  earn one ticket to the 5 pm presale for every 4 shopping carts borrowed from a local business.  Shopping carts must be in working order and you must receive an email confirmation to receive a presale ticket for this job.

(Carts must be dropped off from 10am-12noon on Monday, March 15 and picked up during pick-up from 6pm-7pm on Saturday, March 20.)

  • Earn one presale ticket to shop at the 5pm presale if you can get radio, tv or newspaper coverage for mom2mom.
